Delivery charges to islands, highlands and remote areas are subject to quotation and may take longer. Your order will be held until additional delivery charges have been confirmed and agreed. Delivery times given are best estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Any aborted delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Plastic Accessories Company Ltd will only be held liable for damaged goods when delivery note is signed for as RECEIVED DAMAGED or UNCHECKED.
All damages and/or short deliveries must be notified within 1 working day. Claims for damages not reported within 1 Working Day will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Plastic Accessories Company reserves the right to change delivery costs at any time but will notify you of any changes to the delivery costs prior to despatch.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Plastic Accessories Company Ltd does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.
Bespoke items or products not listed on our website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Plastic Accessories Company Ltd . Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original protective film and have not been used. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for returning goods undamaged, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary insurance against damage, proof of delivery and receipt.
